Renewal Process

If you have already received a loan from the Trust and you wish to obtain another loan, you must follow these steps:

  • Each student must reapply every semester.

  • Student must contact the Trust in advance and get a renewal application and a new note.

  • Notes must be notarized when they are signed.

  • Applications must be back in our Office by the deadline dates of July 1 for Fall and January 2 for Spring semesters.

  • To receive funds, students must be taking 12 hours plus at least a 2.5 GPA for the previous semester.

  • Grades and registration are due as soon as available.

  • Grades and registration must be sent to defer payment if the student is not borrowing for the upcoming semester.

  • No funds are available for the summer semesters or graduate school.

  • If you are renewing your loan, you do not have to come for another interview.
